because that is how much it costs.
our prices include labor so that we can offer our employees a reliable income. we go to great lengths to source organic ingredients that are responsibly grown AND harvested, as locally as possible because they are better for you and the planet, and they taste better. we will not compromise on any of this. not to mention: our rent is expensive!
a limited number of pre-order slots (saturday-monday pickup) are available for orders over $40
orders open wednesdays at 8am and close up when we run out of slots. limiting these orders and having a minimum ensures we can produce enough pan for the people!
